CargoNOW Magazine and BSC Announce Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Supply Chain Content and Community in Indonesia

Singapore / Jakarta, 1 September 2026 —
CargoNOW Magazine and BSC – The Supply Chain Community have announced a strategic partnership to expand independent supply chain content, professional engagement and industry knowledge-sharing across Indonesia.
Under the partnership agreement, CargoNOW Magazine will become the official publication of BSC. The partnership is designed to bring CargoNOW’s international supply chain content to a broader Indonesian audience while providing BSC’s community with a stronger platform for sharing local industry perspectives and insights.
A key element of the partnership will be the development of a Bahasa Indonesia edition of CargoNOW, enabling the publication to reach a significantly wider audience of Indonesian logistics, transportation and supply chain professionals. BSC will support the localisation process, including review of translated content for local terminology and relevance.
Connecting Indonesia’s Supply Chain Community to the World
BSC has grown from its origins in 2020 into a community connecting supply chain leaders and professionals through roundtables, summits, masterclasses, publications and leadership development initiatives. Its stated mission is to connect professionals across the supply chain ecosystem, develop future-ready talent and advance the supply chain profession in Indonesia.
CargoNOW Magazine brings an international editorial platform focused on the realities of transportation, logistics and supply chain management, with a growing readership across the Global South.
The partnership will therefore combine BSC’s deep Indonesian industry network with CargoNOW’s international editorial reach.
Dr. Raymon Krishnan, Editor-at-Large of CargoNOW, said:
“Indonesia is one of the most important and dynamic supply chain markets in Asia, yet much of the international supply chain conversation is still dominated by perspectives from other markets.
BSC has built something very valuable — a community driven by practitioners and leaders who understand the realities of the Indonesian market. Our partnership gives us an opportunity to bring those voices to a much wider audience while also giving Indonesian professionals access to high-quality international perspectives.
This is not simply a publishing partnership. It is about building a stronger supply chain community and connecting Indonesia more closely with the global supply chain conversation.”
Nurhardi, Chairman of BSC – The Supply Chain Community, said:
“Our vision is to build the most trusted and influential supply chain community in Indonesia. To achieve that, our community needs access to high-quality knowledge, international perspectives and a platform through which Indonesian practitioners can share their own experiences.
CargoNOW gives us that international connection. At the same time, BSC can provide CargoNOW with a strong local presence and direct access to the Indonesian supply chain community.
We see this as a long-term collaboration to develop people, share knowledge and strengthen the supply chain profession in Indonesia.”
Building a Larger Indonesian Readership
Under the agreement, BSC will use its membership base, communications channels and industry relationships to support the development of CargoNOW’s Indonesian readership, with an initial target of 5,000 new Indonesian subscribers within six months and 30,000 within twelve months.
BSC will also contribute original editorial content to CargoNOW, while its Chairman will contribute a message to each issue. The partnership also provides a framework for BSC and CargoNOW to develop commercial opportunities within Indonesia, creating a sustainable model for expanding both organisations’ presence in the market.
From Indonesia to the Region
The collaboration reflects a broader shift in the supply chain industry. The most valuable knowledge is increasingly coming directly from practitioners working through real-world challenges.
BSC’s existing programmes include its Annual Supply Chain Summit, Supply Chain Stories, masterclasses and fellowship programme, while its community is built around connecting practitioners across industries and developing the next generation of supply chain leaders. By combining these practitioner networks with CargoNOW’s editorial platform, the partnership aims to create a stronger two-way flow of knowledge bringing global supply chain thinking into Indonesia while taking Indonesian experiences and perspectives to an international audience.
