Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City – Supply Chains in the Automotive Industry

It was good to be back in Vietnam for Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City
|
Like in Malaysia, I was the first educationist to teach Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the tertiary level. I haven’t been back in Saigon since before COVID so it was interesting to see the great strides and developments in the country. Good panel session with John H. Kwon, CATL – Energy Storage Solution Provider, Terence Chan, Geek+ and Joerg Vollmer, Bosch Rexroth. Some key takeaways. • The developments and happenings globally can be leveraged into opportunities. • it is an opportunity to challenge the status quo • Self-development and investing in yourself and your people is always a paramount • sustainability goals and objectives should not be ignored or set aside amidst all this noise. |
